Patrick,
I'm glad I can finally disagree with one of your brilliant cartoons. The world is always at war, in crisis and busy. It is never the right time to take on another issue.
Rep. Jane Harmon argues exactly this (and your) point today in LAT op-ed. If it is never the time to tell the truth about history, how will we learn? We can never, in my view, be too busy for truth...dare I say(?) However inconvenient. All important truths are inconvenient.
