If you don't like the game, you don't have to play. Move to another monopoly. Move to SCE territory. If you want to improve the game, try to avoid the quiet annual increases in the city's sewer service charge, reduce the millions of illegal revenue dollars flowing from DWP to the city's general fund, and abolish the double taxation created by the 10% utility tax!!!
