It's a secret.

Actually, nobody really knows why the place is so safe, but it gives an opportunity for people make up reasons that suit their own agenda.

I didn't need the FBI to tell me how safe it is here.

One evening I drove home from shopping. After taking the first load out of my car, my phone rang and I ended up talking for an hour. When it was over, I forgot what I had been doing, and went to bed.

In the morning, I couldn't find my wallet.

I went outside and found that I had left the driver's side door open with shopping bags still inside the car. My wallet was lying on the driveway.
