Guns & SCOTUS

What strikes me as amusing about the Supreme Court's split ruling on gun ownership -- and the predictable responses to it -- is this:

Why is that people who are convinced that the Constitution guarantees a right to abortion, despite its never mentioning the subject, are generally the same people who believe the Constitution doesn't protect a right to bear arms -- even though it articulates one explicitly?

Good and excellent point Chris!

THE most corrupted; crime ridden and murderous areas where criminals are free at will is urban areas that herald "comprehensive gun-control laws".

Example: Alameda County area known as Oakland's "Dogtown" a gun-control; crime ridden area known for murders, robberies, street prostitution, pimping, drug buys and sells, rapes and child molestations.

Gun-control laws hinder the law abiding while shielding the criminals through the ACLU; leftwing attorney types. That would be another subject; however!@
