Move over, please
In case you didn't know, in California June is Move the Hell Out Of The Fast Lane If You're Going Under the Speed Limit, Jerko. Or, as the National Motorists Association more delicately puts it, it is Lane Courtesy Month.
Being a courteous lane user means obeying a basic, though often unused law of the road: move out of the left lane to make way for faster traffic.
I can honestly say my biggest freeway peeves are those drivers who get onto the freeway, immediately cut across all lanes of traffic, sometimes dangerously so, to get into the fast lane, then set the cruiser speed for 64 m.p.h. and ignore the fact that this simple act of selfishness impacts the entire flow of traffic.
Every day should be Lane Courtesy Day. Perhaps, now that the buckle up public service campaigns are going so well, the CHP can focus on this important issue. I'm not kidding.

How about making June, "Get a pair of sunglasses so you dont crawl up the 118E grade through Simi Valley or the 101S grade through Calabassas because the son is in your eye, like it is EVERY DAY!
