How can these men hold their heads up high to propose their three-prong approach on the backs of city employees when city management clearly mismanaged money for the past five years? All of the poor investment deals made (including the Real Estate investment just in time for the bubble burst) added to this city's financial problems. This city should trim all the unnecessary management positions including project managers in all the departments. This city does not need any more positions that pay $83,000/year for work that remains unseen.
