Good contrasting photos for this edition. It's shocking how much of an eyesore the park on top of the library is.
Is that the red car trolley line (Then Picture)? If so, how ironic that it was decommissioned in the 1950s only to be replaced a few decades later by the MTA Blue Line.
Can't wait for the improvements to that library. It is an eye sore. Never thought too highly of its leaky roof, difficult layout and its overall look.
