Lee was a Long Beach business owner who was active in both the West and Central Redevelopment Project Area Committees. The Long Beach Redevelopment Agency (RDA) joined Councilmember Tonia Reyes Uranga, Long Beach Transit and the West Project Area Committee at the unveiling of a memorial bus shelter in West Long Beach. U.S. Census workers were at the hospital today to remind parents who had babies on April 1 they need to be included in the count. Any baby born after April 1 has to wait 10 years to be counted.
