Man robbed near Base Line apartment complex

Two men driving out of an apartment complex robbed a man of his cell phone and iPod in Highland on Wednesday evening.

The victim was walking in the 25900 block of Base Line Road at 7:20 p.m. when two men approached him in a car.

They grabbed his phone and iPod and then drove away east on Base Line.

San Bernardino County sheriff's deputies  said both men are Latino. One is 5-feet-7 inches tall, 150 pounds and has a shaved head. He wore a white shirt and dark pants. The second man is 5-feet-9 inches tall, 195 pounds and wore a black hat and shirt.

They were driving a blue compact vehicle.
