Bob Hare, owner of the Insomniac Coffee House from 1958 to 1965, will discuss the artists that had an impact on the local landmark, during "Insomniac Night II" beginning at 6 p.m. Sunday at the Hermosa Beach Museum, at the Hermosa Beach Community Center, 710 Pier Ave. The program will pay special tribute to Lynn Joy "Tweakie" Kroeger, a Disney and Warner Bros. animator. Other scheduled speakers include poster artist Earl Newman; Frank Holmes, who created the cover art for the Beach Boys "Smile" album; and local historians Domenic Priore and Brian Chidester. Admission is $5 and refreshments will be available; proceeds will benefit the museum. For information, call 310-318-9421 or go to www.hermosabeachhistoricalsociety.org.
