Britney gets to spend the night with her kids - once a week...with supervision

Britney Spears was at the center of a day-long courtroom drama today as she sought overnight visitation rights with her two young sons. After an emergency hearing, she got once-a-week sleepovers with Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1 but they won't be alone: Britney must be supervised by a court-appointed monitor.
Court Commissioner Scott M. Gordon questioned whether overnight visiting rights constituted an "emergency" and said to Britney's attorney: "Your client made a conscious choice not to do anything that was ordered. That was a choice. That put us in this position."
Gordon added that Spears' "substance abuse issues and emotional issues...could have devastating effects on the children."
