John Goodman quietly checks into rehab, gets sober, checks out..
What a concept. John Goodman managed to get through rehab without giving interviews to magazines etc. Imagine."For my family and myself, I voluntarily took the necessary steps to remain sober the rest of my life," the 55-year-old actor said in a statement issued by his publicist, Stan Rosenfield.
Goodman, who won an Emmy last month for a guest spot on "30 Rock," was reportedly treated at Promises Malibu for an undisclosed addiction. It is not known when he was admitted or released from the facility or what was the exact length of his stay.
