Kiefer Sutherland says he's "deeply sorry" for poor judgment...

Of course Kiefer Sutherland should not have been driving under the influence of alcohol - especially since he had several prior convictions. I'm relieved he didn't hurt anyone or himself and I hope he hires a full-time driver from now on. He can afford it.
But I will say this: Kiefer Sutherland, who reached a plea agreement yesterday in his DUI case and will serve 48 days in jail, is being a stand-up guy about it. Here is a statement he's released about the matter: "I'm very disappointed in myself for the poor judgment I exhibited recently, and I'm deeply sorry for the disappointment and distress this has caused my family, friends and co-workers on '24' and at 20th Century Fox. I appreciate the support and concern that has been extended to me these last weeks both personally and professionally."
