The Morning Brew: Ellen says stop the death threats over Iggy!

.ellenonthesofa.jpgGood morning...
OK sure, ELLEN DEGENERES may be upset with a pet adoption agency for taking back the dog she had given to her hairdresser when it didn't get along with her cats, but she's horrified that people have made death threats to the boneheaded people who own the agency. "It's gotten out of hand..that is not OK.," she said on her show in remarks to air today. "I know people are passionate and have strong feelings. I have strong feelings and I want nothing more than that dog returned to that family but you don't resort to violence." Well said Ellen. Meanwhile, TMZ.come has posted VIDEO of Ellen and her girlfriend PORTIA DE ROSSI rushing to the home of the family who had Iggy taken away from them on Sunday night...Sending good wishes out to the lovely FARRAH FAWCETT who has completed cancer treatments in Germany and is said to be feeling terrific. But it is still too soon to say she is cancer-free, according to published reports...In happier news, TRACEY EDMONDS says she and EDDIE MURPHY will be tying the knot before the end of the year and that the wedding will be taking place somewhere "far away and fun." I can't WAIT to get my invitation...
.zac.jpg...Fans of the "Star Wars" franchise must be flying high now that GEORGE LUCAS has confirmed that he is working on a television series from the popular movies,,,I think maybe we should all say a little prayer for singer DIONNE WARWICK, who along with O.J. SIMPSON and SINBAD are among California’s worst tax debtors. The Grammy Award-winning singer Warwick owes the state $2.67 million, according to the California Franchise Tax Board...and finally, let's wish ZAC EFRON a happy 20th birthday. Here he is grabbing his morning cup of joe at Aroma Cafe in Studio City. This kid always seems to have a smile on his face. I guess I would too if I was the breakout star of Disney's "High School Musical" franchise AND wowed 'em in the big-screen version of the musical "Hairspray."
Sounds like a good life...
Will have more items for you throughout the day!
