Time will tell.
Lohan went shopping yesterday at a Nordstrom in Salt Lake City, Utah. She does look healthy. Lohan has been giving some post-rehab interviews about how much she has changed and apologized for past behavior. But actions speak louder than words so it will be some time before we know if she is truly reformed.
