Thursday morning brew...

Good morning!
If you came here looking for Britney news, it's here, but at the end. I just can't begin my day with more of this sordid mess and neither should you! Instead, let me tell you about who is guesting on NBC's "30 Rock" tonight: Jerry Seinfeld! He'll do anything to promote "The Bee Movie" won't he? Fine with me. This should be worth watching. The show is hot off its Emmy win for Outstanding Comedy Series...A big congrats to New York Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez and his wife, Cynthia who are expecting a baby next spring...It's another break-up for seven-time Tour De France champ Lance Armstrong...Also splitting, Nick Cannon and his fiancee...This is scary: Isaac Hanson, the oldest member of the brother band Hanson, was hospitalized in Texas with a pulmonary embolism...In happier news, 29-year-old Hung Huynh was named the winner of the third season of Bravo's Top Chef on Wednesday...Star Trek's Sulu, Mr. George Takei, has had an astroid named after him! I can think of no one more deserving...
And finally, you knew it was coming....A KFED-BRIT COURT UPDATE: Kevin Federline, wearing an eye patch to court because "his eye was sore," retains custody of his two sons for now, but his ex-wife Britney Spears gets monitored visitation of the tots, a judge ordered Wednesday after a three-hour closed-door court session. The custody arrangement stays in effect until the next hearing which is scheduled for Oct. 26. Both Federline and Spears will be required to attend then.
And speaking of Britney (aren't we always), she wasn't required to be in court (neither was KFed actually). Where was she? Getting coffee and going from house to house and finally to the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills. All this hotel hopping is kinda bizarre. Here is a clip of her leaving a Starbucks - just another moment in her endlessly chaotic life where the paprazzi are her endless companions:
