There’s a legal battle escalating over Skin-care product company Hydroderm has slapped the “Desperate Housewives” star right in the kisser with a $2.4 million lawsuit claiming she violated an agreement not to endorse competing products as part of their $2.4 million endorsement deal.
Hydroderm says Teri promoted a lip plumper called CityLips that competes with Hydroderm’s Volumizing Lip Serum. But Teri’s reps aren’t in the mood for any lip. They said Wednesday that Hydroderm “has embarked on this unjustified and public assault on Teri Hatcher’s good name.
Gee, I hope this brewing battle doesn’t end up with someone getting a fat lip!
