Torrid battle for training title

| | Comments (0) |

Doug O'Neill, John Sadler and Jeff Mullins are staging quite a war for the Hollywood Park autumn meet training title with only four days remaining. O'Neill was the only one of the three to win a race Thursday, giving him a 22-20 edge over Sadler. Mullins sits in third place with 18.

It would be nice to see Sadler win the battle, seeing as though O'Neill and Mullins have already won their share of Southland training titles. Said Sadler: "I'm just happy to be having such a good meet. I'd be thrilled if I won."
