Street Sense a Triple threat?

| | Comments (0) |

While Street Sense was impressive while winning Saturday's Kentucky Derby, I don't believe the colt is going to win the Triple Crown. Number one, he's shown a fondness for Churchill Downs. He also won the Breeders' Cup Juvenile over the track and the Preakness and Belmont are not at Churchill Downs.

The colt also got a dream trip. The rail opened up for jockey Calvin Borel so well, they could not have planned it any better. That's rare in a race where there are 20 horses. Don't get me wrong, he's a nice colt. He deserved to win the Derby, but I don't think he's a threat to win the Triple Crown. I just don't think he's THAT good.
