Senior Kwame Alexander of Cal State San Bernardino is this week’s CCAA Men’s Basketball Player of the Week.
The 6-foot-7 forward from Moreno Valley averaged 23 points and 11 rebounds in road wins over Cal State East Bay (71-59) and Cal State Monterey Bay (85-67).
Alexander went 17 of 29 from the field and 12 of 14 from the line in the two games with 26 points, 13 rebounds and three steals against the Pioneers and 20 points and nine rebounds against the Otters.
On the season he is averaging 14.6 points and 8.8 rebounds and shooting 51.6 percent from the field.
