Cal State San Bernardino junior left-hander pitcher Don Sullivan has been named CCAA Pitcher of the Week.
Sullivan, a Compton native, threw a six-hit, nine-inning shutout Friday to help the Coyotes to a 2-0 win over Cal State San Marcos.
In a game that took less than two hours to complete, Sullivan struck out one batter, walked two, and never faced more than five batters in a a single inning.
He is 4-2 with a 5.23 ERA on the season.
The Coyotes start a series at Chico State on Saturday.
