A vehicle spun out and crashed into the center divider on the eastbound 10 Freeway east of Casino Morongo. The CHP received a report that the driver was bleeding from the head.

Traffic collision, 57 Freeway, San Dimas 8:13 a.m.

A crash involving a sport-utility vehicle and three sedans occurred on the northbound 57 Freeway south of the 210 Freeway interchange, blocking the two left lanes. Lanes were cleared at 9 a.m.

Traffic collision, Highway 189, Twin Peaks 8:03 a.m.

Someone driving a Jeep crashed into a house in Twin Peaks in the 26700 block of Highway 189. The California Highway Patrol received a report that the collision knocked the driver unconscious.
It was unknown if anyone in the home was injured. Firefighters blocked lanes at Grass Valley Road.

Traffic collision, 10 Freeway, Loma Linda 12:54 p.m.

A Toyota Camry, an Acura and a Nissan collided on the eastbound 10 Freeway west of Tippecanoe Avenue, blocking the slow lane. The lane was cleared at 1:24 p.m. There were no reported injuries.

Traffic collision, 60 Freeway, Pomona 12 p.m.

A crash involving several vehicles occurred on the westbound 60 Freeway at Phillips Ranch Road, blocking the carpool lane. One of the vehicles was facing the wrong way in lanes.

Traffic collision, 60 Freeway, Ontario 7:38 a.m.

A tractor trailer hauling a back hoe crashed on the westbound 60 Freeway west of Archibald Avenue, blocking the slow lane. The CHP issued a traffic advisory at 7:54 a.m. The advisory was canceled at 8:02 a.m. when lanes were cleared.

Traffic hazard, Highway 259, San Bernardino 12:21 p.m.

A bus stopped on the right shoulder, partially blocking the slow lane on the northbound Highway 259 south of Highland Avenue.

Traffic collision, 10 Freeway, Montclair 10:57 a.m.

A tractor trailer and a car collided on the westbound 10 Freeway at Central Avenue. One vehicle stopped facing the wrong direction in the carpool lane. There were no reported injuries. Lanes were cleared at 11:07 a.m.

Traffic collision, 215 Freeway, San Bernardino 7:25 a.m.

A green Nissan Pathfinder struck the center divider and blocked one lane on the southbound 215 Freeway south of Highway 259. The CHP received a report that an occupant of the vehicle stepped out of the car and appeared injured.

Traffic collision, 15 Freeway, Rancho Cucamonga 11:51 a.m.

A white sedan crashed into the center divider wall on the southbound 15 Freeway north of Fourth Street, blocking the fast lane.

Traffic collision, 210 Freeway, Claremont 9:14 a.m.

A gray Honda overturned in the slow lane on the eastbound 210 Freeway east of Towne Avenue. Lanes were cleared at 9:46 a.m.

Sig Alert, 40 Freeway, Ludlow 7:56 a.m.

The California Highway Patrol has shut down the eastbound 40 Freeway due to a fatal tractor trailer crash about 150 miles west of the Arizona border. The crash was reported shortly after 6 a.m. near Kelbaker Road east of Ludlow. A driver lost control of a big rig, causing it to overturn onto a guardrail. The impact ripped open the trailer and killed a the driver's partner, who was asleep in the back of the semi. Eastbound lanes were reopened at 11:33 a.m.

California Highway Patrol officers have responded to an injury collision on the westbound 10 Freeway just west of Towne Avenue in Pomona.

The incident began at 4:50 p.m. and involved approximately eight vehicles, according to CHP information. The # 1, #2 and #3 and carpool lanes were blocked.

A Sig Alert was issued for the area.

Traffic collision, 10 Freeway, Ontario 12:45 p.m.

A silver Ford Mustang and a tractor trailer collided on the eastbound 10 Freeway at Milliken Avenue. Both vehicles stopped on the right shoulder. There were no reported injuries.

Traffic collision, Highway 18, Big Bear City 9:14 a.m.

A large motorhome and a gray Hyundai collided on Highway 18 near Cactus Road. Both vehicles stopped on the right shoulder. The crash resulted in minor injuries.

Sig Alert, 60 Freeway, Diamond Bar 3:38 a.m.

A driver died in a fiery car crash on the 60 Freeway in Diamond Bar this morning, forcing the closure of all eastbound lanes for about an hour. The driver lost control on the eastbound 60 west of Grand Avenue at 3:38 a.m. and slid off the freeway onto the right shoulder. The vehicle caught on fire. Officers shut down all eastbound lanes until 4:30 a.m. The slow lane remained closed so the CHP could investigate the crash. A Sig Alert remained in effect until 6:34 a.m.
