Area overview - slow traffic in Glen Avon, Bloomington, Riverside

Cal Trans reports congestion on the westbound 91 from Maple to Main Street, as well as slowing traffic on the westbound 60 at Pedley Road and the 10 westbound at Cedar Avenue. All other major highways are clear.
