Vehicle stopped in carpool lane, I-10, Claremont 7:51 a.m.

CHP reports vehicles on the eastbound 10 are being diverted off the carpool lane at Towne Avenue due to a vehicle that is stopped in the lane at Indian Hill Blvd.
