Heavy traffic congestion is reported on the westbound 91 from Lincoln to Grand near the I-15 interchange. There is also some slowing traffic on the westbound I-10 at Cedar Avenue in Bloomington, Caltrans reports. Other highways - I-60, I-215 and I-210 are clear.
