Area overview - highways clear 6:28 a.m.
Caltrans is showing no areas of major congestion on highways, but some light to moderate rain was reported after 5 a.m. in areas including Interstate 15 at Oak Hill Road near the Cajon Pass as well as parts of the Inland Valley.
