A Sig-alert was issued for the southbound 15 north of Highway 395 for a crash involving a tow truck and a tractor trailer. One of the vehicles overturned, the CHP said. The fast lane is blocked. The duration of the Sig-alert is unknown. Update: Sig-alert canceled at 7:35 a.m.
