Sig-alert, I-605, Baldwin Park 5:35 a.m.

The CHP has issued a Sig-alert on the southbound 605 at Ramona Boulevard due to an overturned cement truck with cement spilled on the freeway. The three right lanes will be closed until about 8 a.m. for clean-up and investigation by CHP officers. The crash is expected to back up traffic on the westbound 210 freeway and is already creating congestion on the transition road to the southbound 605.
