Traffic collision, I-15, Devore 6:54 a.m.

A crash involving a tractor trailer and a pickup truck with a trailer is blocking three lanes on the northbound 15 near Kenwood Avenue, resulting in heavy backed up traffic. The CHP reports three people are injured. Update: Sig-alert canceled at 8:56 a.m.
