The westbound 10 is slowing through Bloomington at Cedar Avenue due to moderate traffic and heavy traffic is reported on the westbound 91 just past Interstate 15, according to Caltrans. Other major highways such as I-10, I-215, Highway 60 and I-210 are clear.
