Heavy traffic is still being reported along the northbound I-15 through the Cajon Pass.
No major congestion is occurring on area highways, including the I-10, I-210, I-215, I-15, Highway 60 and 91.
Traffic is crawling on the westbound 60 at Ramona and Mountain avenues, according to Caltrans. Other area highways through the Inland Empire are not showing any major congestion.
A tractor trailer struck the center divider and jackknifed on the eastbound 60 at the nortbound I-15 interchange, the CHP reported. The fast lane is blocked. The CHP has issued a Sig-alert in the crash.
A crash on the westbound 10 at Via Verde has forced the closure of three lanes. The crash, involving at least six cars, has brought traffic to a crawl.
