No major congestion is occurring on area highways, including the I-10, I-210, I-215, I-15, Highway 60 and 91.

Area overview - Slow traffic in Chino 6:39 a.m.
Traffic is crawling on the westbound 60 at Ramona and Mountain avenues, according to Caltrans. Other area highways through the Inland Empire are not showing any major congestion.
Traffic collision, Highway 60, Mira Loma 6:27 a.m.
A tractor trailer struck the center divider and jackknifed on the eastbound 60 at the nortbound I-15 interchange, the CHP reported. The fast lane is blocked. The CHP has issued a Sig-alert in the crash.
Sig-alert, I-10, San Dimas 5:22 a.m.
A crash on the westbound 10 at Via Verde has forced the closure of three lanes. The crash, involving at least six cars, has brought traffic to a crawl.

Three separate crashes involving five vehicles occurred on the eastbound 10 at 9th Street. Two lanes are blocked and an ambulance is responding. Update: Sigalert canceled at 7 a.m.

Traffic collision, I-15, Baker 8:14 a.m.
A Volvo flipped upside down on the northbound 15 at Afton Canyon Road south of Baker. An ambulance is responding.
Traffic collision, I-215, San Bernardino 7:33 a.m.
A crash involving a truck, van and motorcycle occurred on the northbound 215 north of Muscupiabe Drive. One lane is blocked and an ambulance is responding.

Caltrans is reporting all major highways are flowing smoothly.

Traffic advisory, Highway 60, Riverside, 9:22 p.m.
Eastbound 60 transition to the westbound 91 will be closed until 4 a.m.
Traffic collision, Interstate 40, Needles, 9:09 p.m.
One lane of traffic is reported open after two vehicles, possibly a big rig and a car, collided on the I-40. One of the vehicles was reported going the wrong way in westbound traffic.
Traffic collision, I-210, Ontario, 4:39 p.m.
An hour after an accident caused slowing on the interstate, east of Archibald Ave., a second accident invovling 2 or 3 vehicles was reported blocking traffic just west of Archibald.
Area overview - Moderate traffic through Fontana 6:20 a.m.
Caltrans is reporting moderate traffic on the southbound and northbound 15 at Summit Avenue, as well as the westbound 91 through Corona. All other area highways are clear of major traffic.
Sig-alert, I-15, Rancho Cucamonga 5:54 a.m.
A crash on the Foothill Boulevard off-ramp off the southbound I-15 occurred. The off-ramp is blocked and an ambulance is responding.
Sig-alert, Highway 30, Redlands 5:21 a.m.
A Sig-alert has been issued on the eastbound 30 at San Bernardino Avenue due to a vehicle that crashed into the center divider and is blocking a lane. The duration of the closure is unknown.

A crash involving a truck and big rig occurred on Highway 330 near Trout Pond Road south of Fredalba. Vehicles are blocking lanes.

Traffic collision, I-10, San Bernardino, 4:35 p.m.
Crash is blocking No. 2 and 3 lanes on the westbound I-10 just west of Highway 38.
Traffic collision, I-210, Rancho Cucamonga, 4:23 p.m.
CHP report a solo vehicle rollover on the westbound I-210 just east of Carnelian Street. People are trapped inside of the vehicle.
Traffic collision, Jurupa Valley 3:01 p.m.
A collison is blocking lanes on Mission Blvd just east of Milliken Ave.
Traffic hazard, Highway 18, Big Bear 8:12 a.m.
The CHP is reporting numerous vehicles are spinning out on Highway 18 at the Big Bear Dam due to black ice on the road.
Area overview - congestion through Corona, otherwise clear 5:50 a.m.
Westbound traffic on the 91 through Corona is slowing due to congestion, but other major highways - I-15, I-10, I-215, Highway 60 and I-210 are clear.

Traffic collision, Victorville, 4 p.m.
A train has reportedly struck a vehicle in the area of Cedar Street and Oak Hill Road, according to CHP officials. No injuries were reported but motoriists are being advised of traffic in the area.
Traffic advisory, I-15, Keenbrook 12:20 p.m.
Two lanes are blocked after a driver lost control and slid into the median on the northbound I-15 north of Oakie Flat Road. An ambulance is responding.
Sig-alert, I-15, Baker 5:42 a.m.
The CHP has shut down both sides of Interstate 15 at Halloran Springs Road due to snow and ice. The closure was estimated to last at least 1 1/2 hours.

A two-car crash is blocking the fast lane and a second lane on the northbound I-15 just south of Mariposa Road. The CHP reported debris is in traffic lanes. An ambulance is responding.

Traffic is slowing on the westbound Interstate 10 between Citrus and Etiwanda, Caltrans reported. Other major area highways are clear.
Fatal collision, I-15, Corona 4:47 a.m.
The slow lane of the southbound Interstate 15 north of Ontario Avenue is closed due to a fatal crash. The CHP reported a man was on the ground about 15 feet in front of a tanker truck. The Coroner's Department was heading to the scene.

Sig-alert, I-215, Colton 5:32 a.m.
The CHP is preparing to issue a Sig-alert for a serious-injury car crash on the northbound I-215 at Mt. Vernon Avenue. The fast lane and a second lane is blocked and debris has scattered onto north- and southbound lanes. Initial reports indicated one person had been thrown from a vehicle and another was possibly trapped under another car. Update: All lanes reopened at 6:52 a.m.

A fire is burning in the center divider of the northbound 15 south of Highway 60 in Mira Loma.

Traffic is slowing on the northbound I-15 near Bellegrave Avenue through Mira Loma and the westbound 91 at Main Street in Corona. No other major traffic congestion is being reported by Caltrans on major highways.

The No. 2 and 3 lanes on the westbound I-10 at the northbound 215 were reported blocked following a crash between three vehicles.

A crash involving a motorcyclist is blocking the left 2 lanes on the southbound I-15 just north of Ontario Ave. The motorcycle struck a truck and was reported lying in a middle lane.

Vehicle rollover on Highway 30 east of Golden Ave. No. 3 lane was reported blocked.
Traffic collision, I-10, Colton, 3:07 p.m.
Slow traffic is being reported on the west bound I-10 east of north Rancho Ave. After a crash. Two males reportedly bailed and ran frm the car. Unknown types of containers were found opened inside the car, CHP reported.

Lane closure, Highway , Riverside 9:22 p.m.
Main Street onramp to the eastbound Highway 60 and the No. 4 lane from Main to eastbound transition of Highway 91 are scehduled to be closed for an undisclosed amount of time.
Lane closure, I-15, Devore 9:16 p.m.
The No 4 and 5 lanes of the southbound I-15 near Kenwood Avenue and the onramp to the southbound I-15 is scheduled to be closed until 4:30 a.m.
Lane closure, Highway 60, Moreno Valley 9:15 p.m.
Westbound Highway 60 transition to Highway 91 is scheduled to be closed completely until 3 a.m. according to CHP.
Traffic collision, I-10, San Bernardino 4:40 p.m.
Slow traffic was reported following a crash on the eastbound I-10 to the westbound Highway 30 transition. A dark colored vehicle reportedly rolled over and one person was trapped.
Sig-alert, I-215, San Bernardino 12:15 p.m.
The CHP issued a Sig-alert following a three-car crash on the northbound 215 south of University Parkway. The CHP said lanes were cleared about 1 p.m.
Sig-alert, Highway 91, Corona 8:51 a.m.
The CHP has issued a Sig-alert and shut down the carpool lane and three additional lanes on the westbound 91 at Main Street due to a motorcycle crash. The closure is expected to last at least 30 minutes.

Caltrans has closed two lanes of the southbound 15 at Sierra Avenue until about noon for road maintenance.

The CHP is advising that traffic is backed up on the southbound Interstate 15 from Kenwood Avenue north of the I-15 and I-215 split due to a construction closure. Officials were working to re-open the Kenwood off-ramp.

Caltrans Devore closures postponed
Two closures for the Devore pavement rehabilitation project, including one initially scheduled for Dec. 8-10, have been postponed until January. New dates for the closures of the north and southbound 215 at the I-15 connector have not been confirmed.

A two-car crash on the westbound 10 at Via Verde is blocking one lane. The CHP reported one person is trapped in their vehicle due to the collision. An ambulance is responding.
