Traffic advisory - I-15 Devore 4:28 a.m.
The CHP is advising that traffic is backed up on the southbound Interstate 15 from Kenwood Avenue north of the I-15 and I-215 split due to a construction closure. Officials were working to re-open the Kenwood off-ramp.
