Area overview - slow traffic in Norco, Bloomington, Riverside 7:08 a.m.

Caltrans is reporting traffic congestion on the eastbound Highway 91 at Arlington Avenue, the westbound I-10 at Cedar Avenue in Bloomington and the northbound I-15 at Fifth Street in Norco. Traffic on the northbound 15 from Kenwood to I-215 is also backed up due to construction. The CHP reported work should be completed by about 7 a.m.
