Area overview - stopped traffic in Devore, congestion through Chino Hills, Glen Avon, Norco 7:38 a.m.

Several Sig-alerts have been issued - one on the southbound I-15 through Devore and one on the westbound 60 at the northbound I-15 transition road in Glen Avon. Heavy traffic is in both areas. There is also congestion on the westbound 91 through Corona, the northbound 15 in Norco and both sides of Highway 71 at Euclid Avenue in Chino Hills.
