Area overview - Traffic congestion through Riverside, Norco 7:25 a.m.

Traffic is slowing on the northbound 15 at Second Street and the westbound 91 at Lincoln, according to Caltrans. Other area highways - I-10, I-210, Highway 60 and I-215 - are clear of major tie-ups.
