An overturned tractor trailer is blocking all lanes of the southbound I-15 at Kenwood. Several minor crashes occurred behind that collision as a result of stopped traffic. The big rig is leaking fuel into the slow lane. Traffic is moving through the area along the center divider. The closure was expected to last several hours, according to the CHP. Update: The CHP at 12:05 p.m. said they were preparing to reopen three lanes. The slow lane will remain closed.
