Sig-alert, I-40, Barstow 8:08 a.m.

Several big rigs overturned on the westbound I-40 east of Barstow at A Street and are blocking lanes. Traffic is being diverted off the freeway at Airport Drive onto National Trails Highway and then back on the freeway. About 11 a.m., the CHP ordered a Sig-alert extended for four more hours.
