Dirt spill, I-210, Upland 5:14 a.m.

|

The CHP issued a traffic advisory following a dirt spill on the westbound 210 at Mountain Avenue. The dirt was spread out over a half mile on the freeway, causing one vehicle to spin out into the center divider. CHP officers slowed traffic in the area while Caltrans crews cleaned up the half-inch-thick dirt. By 6 a.m., most of the dirt was off the freeway and onto the right shoulder.
