Sig-alert cancelled, I-215, Riverside, 7:39 a.m.

A Sig-alert has been cancelled as of 7:39 a.m. for the northbound Interstate 215 just south of University Avenue, the CHP reported.
The roadway has been cleared but traffic is still backed up.
The Sig-alert was issued at 7:03 a.m. when only one lane was open due to a traffic collision.
The collision was first reported at 6:23 a.m. when a car hit the center divider, blocking at least one lane and sending an ambulance to the scene. Tow trucks were also sent.
