Traffic Collision, Interstate 215, Rancho Cucamonga, 7:45 a.m.

Two cars crashed into each other on I-215 north just south of Inland Center Drive. The CHP has been able to move one car off the freeway but the other vehicle has a flat tire and is still blocking the fast lane.
