Area overview - heavy traffic in Norco, Rancho Cucamonga, Riverside 7:47 a.m.

Caltrans is reporting traffic congestion on the westbound I-210 at Haven Avenue, the northbound I-15 at Fourth Street and the eastbound Highway 91 at Jackson Street.
