Traffic Hazard, 10 Freeway, Rancho Cucamonga, 8:24 a.m.

A shovel is in the eastbound route in lanes No. 3 and 4 just west of the 15 Freeway. CHP will be conducting a traffic break momentarily on the freeway and the Haven Avenue onramp.
