Traffic collision, I-15, Rancho Cucamonga 9: 24 a.m.

A big rig overturned on the southbound 15 at Foothill Boulevard. An ambulance is responding. Update: The CHP issued a Sig Alert and expected the slow lane to be closed until at least 2 p.m.
