Caltrans is reporting heavy traffic on the westbound 210 Freeway at the 15 Freeway interchange and at Haven Avenue. There is also slow traffic on the westbound 10 at Euclid Avenue. Rush hour congestion is heading down the westbound Highway 91 at Grand Avenue.
