Traffic is crawling on the westbound 210 Freeway at the 15 Freeway interchange and at Milliken and Archibald avenues in Rancho Cucamonga, Caltrans reported. There is also congestion on the westbound 10 Freeway at the 15 interchange, the southbound 15 at Jurupa Avenue and the westbound Highway 60 at Mountain Avenue, all in Ontario. Heavy traffic is heading through Chino Hills on the northbound Highway 71 at Euclid Avenue.
