Fatal crash, I-10, Ontario 5:53 a.m.
A vehicle crashed into a pole on the eastbound 10 near Fourth Street, killing the driver. The CHP issued a Sig Alert and closed the slow lane. Caltrans is coming to the scene to repair a bent guardrail. The duration of the closure is unknown. Update: The slow lane will now be closed until about 9 a.m. The CHP also issued a traffic advisory for the westbound 10 at Fourth Street due to looky loos.
