A pickup truck hauling concrete material overturned, spilling its load onto the eastbound 10 at Rancho Avenue. Three lanes were blocked. As of 11:15 a.m., Caltrans had cleared most of the debris, but were waiting on a tow truck to upright the truck. The Sig Alert was canceled at 12:38 p.m.
