The CHP shut down the fast lane on the westbound 10 due to a major-injury crash at Haugen Leman Way. Officers received reports of a truck wrappecd around a tree. Paramedics took one person to a hospital for treatment of a broken leg. A second motorist was also hospitalized with unknown injuries. The CHP planned to shut down the on and offramps at Haugen Leman.
