Caltrans is reporting some congested traffic on the westbound 210 Freeway at Milliken Avenue in Rancho Cucamonga, the southbound 15 Freeway at Jurupa Street in Ontario and Highway 91 through Corona, both at Main Street on the westbound side and McKinley Avenue on the eastbound side.
