A tractor trailer overturned and spilled 200 gallons of oil on the 15 Freeway, resulting in a Sig Alert.
The driver lost control while heading north on the 15 at Kingston Road, about 20 miles west of the Nevada state line. The semi overturned, blocking all lanes, the California Highway Patrol said.
Officers issued a Sig Alert, diverting traffic off the freeway at Cima Road, toward Morning Star Mine Road, Ivanpah Road and then Nipton Road, back to the 15. The duration of the closure was not known.
A driver in a 2000 Chevy Silverado swerved to avoid a vehicle and struck the side of the mountain on Highway 138 near the northbound 15 Freeway. The driver was not injured.
A head-on collision occurred on Highway 138 just west of the 15 Freeway. All lanes were blocked just before 11 a.m. The highway was cleared at 11:33 a.m.
The CHP received a report of a green Honda that struck the center divider and overturned several times on the southbound Highway 259 south of Highland Avenue, trapping an occupant inside the vehicle. An ambulance came to the scene of the crash.
Traffic is backed up on the westbound 210 at Archibald Avenue in Rancho Cucamonga, the westbound 10 at Euclid Avenue in Upland, the northbound 15 Freeway at Limonite Avenue in Mira Loma and the westbound Highway 91 at Main Street in Corona.
A Nissan 200 SX overturned on the southbound Highway 57 at the southbound Highway 71 interchange, trapping a person inside the vehicle. An ambulance responded to the crash.
A truck driver reported seeing a vehicle drive off the eastbound 10 Freeway at the Live Oak Canyon Road off-ramp and fall into a creek area. An ambulance came to the scene of the crash.
The 215 Freeway was closed at La Cadena Drive due to a fallen power line near the Grand Terrace border. The freeway was reopened about 8:30 a.m.

Another pair of brush fires in south Ontario have prompted the closure of north and southbound Van Buren Boulevard from Jurupa to Limonite Avenue.
A multi-car crash was blocking the No. 4 lane of the westbound I-10 west of Fourth Street.

Three barrels fell of the back of a truck and onto the roadway on the northbound Highway 395 in a remote area. The barrels were sitting in two lanes.
CHP are reporting a fatality following a crash on San Sevaine Way at Eitwanda Ave. in Mira Loma. By 3 p.m., officials were still at the scene investigating.

Firefighters are at the scene of a vehicle that drove down the side of Sand Canyon Road east of 5th Street, trapping occupants inside the vehicle, the California Highway Patrol said. At 7:37 a.m., firefighters estimated the road would be blocked about 30 minutes while they rescued the victims.

An unmarked Chino Police Department vehicle has collided with a big rig on the eastbound 60 Freeway at Central Ave.
CHP is reporting a crash in the carpool lane on the eastbound 60 Freeway at Day Street between two cars creating more traffic.

Vehicles are being removed from the westbbound 60 Freeway east of Monte Vista. A big rig and a car collided and the vehicle reportedly flipped over.
A motorist crashed on Highway 18 at Upper Waterman Canyon Road, causing the vehicle to roll onto its side. The CHP received reports of an occupant of the vehicle becoming trapped.
One of the two southbound lanes of Highway 71 is expected to be closed until about 8:30 a.m. following a crash involving a tractor trailer and a cow. The semi driver jackknifed on Highway 71 this morning while trying to avoid a cow and a bull that were on the highway. The crash killed the cow, and sent the bull running down the road. The crash occurred on the southbound Highway 71 about two miles north of Highway 91 in an unincorporated area between Chino hills and the Prado Dam at 4:01 a.m. Officers said traffic was backed up well into Chino. Update: Lanes were reopened at 9 a.m.
A crash between a Ford Explorer and a motorcycle occurred on the southbound Highway 57 north of Highway 60. The motorcyclist suffered injuries. Both vehicles were moved to the right shoulder, but the crash caused some traffic congestion in the area.
Caltrans is reporting patches of slowing starting at Serfas Club Drive in Corona and on-and-off heading toward McKinley Ave. in Riverside on the eastbound 91. A cluster of slow traffic is being reported on the westbound 91 in the area of 14th Street in Riverside. There is also slowing on the eastbound 60 in the area of Haven and Archibald avenues.
A two vehicle crash on Highway 138 at Desert View Road is blocking some lanes, say CHP officials.
CHP is reporting a fatality following a crash between several vehicles and a telelphone pole. Few details are immediately available.

The northbound 5 Freeway was reopened at 1 a.m. and southbound lanes were reopened at 3 a.m., according to the CHP. The following transition roads remain closed:
- The southbound 15 Freeway to the northbound 14.
- The southbound 5 to the northbound 14
- The southbound 5 truck bypass road at the 14
Two vehicles collided on the northbound 15 Freeway at the Mojave Drive off-ramp. One of the vehicles partially blocked the off-ramp and another was along the center divider, the CHP said. Officers said one of the vehicles rolled over. An ambulance responded to the collision.
A collision between a Dodge Ram and a tractor trailer occurred on the southbound 15 Freeway north of Summit Avenue. Both vehicles moved to the right shoulder. An ambulance responded to the crash.
CHP officers received a report of a large oil spill in a lane on the northbound 15 Freeway just south of Highway 395. The spill is causing motorists to slide on the roadway.
The CHP received a report of five vehicles with flat tires stopped on the right shoulder of the southbound 57 at Via Verde. The vehicles struck an unknown object on the freeway.
The area's major highways - I-215, I-10, I-210, I-15 and Highways 60 and 91 - are flowing smoothly.
CHP officials have closed Gilman Springs Road at Highway 79 in the area of Gilman Hot Springs, west of Beaumont following a head-on collision in which one person was reportedly killed. Both sides of Gilman are blocked.

CHP reports that a vehicle has slammed into the center divider of the northbound I-15, north of Oak Hill Road.
A crash involving a motorcyclist brought traffic to a crawl on the 15 Freeway from Ontario to Fontana.
The rider crashed on the southbound 15 Freeway at Jurupa Street, blocking one lane. Firefighters and the Freeway Service Patrol arrived at the scene, blocking additional lanes. The California Highway Patrol issued a Sig Alert at 6:49 a.m. and traffic backed up to at least the 210 Freeway. The crash was moved onto the right shoulder at 7:06 a.m. and the Sig Alert was canceled, but traffic was continued to move slowly.
A non-injury three-car crash occurred on the westbound 210 west of Archibald Avenue, blocking the fast lane. Two of the vehicles were quickly moved out of the lane. The third vehicle was moved to the shoulder by 5:53 a.m. The crash caused a slight backup in traffic. Update: The Sig alert was canceled t 5:59 a.m.
A four-car crash occurred on the westbound 10 Freeway east of Mountain Avenue, blocking the carpool lane and two other lanes. Lanes were reopened at 8:53 a.m.
Heavy traffic is on the westbound 10 Freeway at Fourth Street, the eastbound Highway 91 at Arlington Avenue, the northbound 15 Freeway at Second Street in Norco and the westbound 91 at Main Street in Corona.
A Baldwin Park motorcycle police officer received minor injuries when he struck a tire on the 10 Freeway.
The California Highway Patrol issued a Sig Alert in the 5:25 a.m. crash on the westbound 10 east of Cherry Avenue.
Officers received reports that the officer might have hit a tire in the roadway and that other motorists had also struck the tire. Paramedics took the officer to an area hospital for treatment. The freeway was completely reopened at 6:30 a.m.
Caltrans is reporting heavy traffic along on the westbound 10 in West Covina Near Azusa Ave. to about Baldwin Park Blvd. There is slowing on the eastbound 60 Freeway in Chino starting about Ramona Ave. to about Grove Ave. in Ontario. On the eastbound 91 Freeway there is slowing from Serfas Club Drive to McKinley Street in Corona.
Paramedics are heading to a crash on Highway 18 near Rim Forest involving a Landrover and a Honda, which are partially blocking a lane, the CHP said.

The I-10 west and eastbound through Montclair has reported patches of slowing. The southbound I-15 in south Ontario and northbound I-15 at Philadelphia Street near the Corona/Ontario border has slowing, according to Caltrans.
Caltrans reports that most highway are still moving smoothly though there are small area of heavy traffic including the around the southbound I-15 at Ontario in Corona to the interchange with the 91 Freeway.
California Highway Patrol reports a big rig with locked brakes is blocking the right lanes of the westbound I-10 freeway transition to the 57 Freeway.
A 210 Freeway off ramp just west of San Dimas was closed this morning after a tractor trailer leaked about 50 gallons of fuel onto the road. The California Highway Patrol and Caltrans came to the scene off the eastbound 210 at Lone Hills Avenue about 10:30 a.m. Officers issued a Sig Alert and shut down the off ramp. The closure was expected to last until at least 1:30 p.m.
A three-car crash occurred on the eastbound 10 Freeway, east of Rancho Avenue. The crash was blocking the slow lane. The CHP said one of the vehicles struck the guardrail.
A U-Haul truck fell on its side on the westbound 10 Freeway west of Yucaipa Boulevard, blocking two lanes. The California Highway Patrol issued a Sig Alert, which lasted until 6:08 a.m. There were no reported injuries.
A silver Lexus struck the guardrail and is blocking a lane on the westbound 210 east of Day Creek Boulevard. An ambulance is responding to the crash.
A Sig Alert was issued for the southbound 15 Freeway this afternoon because workers are removing the wreckage from the Cajon Pass plane crash. The fast lane of the 15 Freeway south of Oak Hill Road was closed at 12:30 p.m. It was expected to remain closed until about 2:30 p.m.
A private plane crashed in the center divider of the 15 Freeway near Oak Hill Road, causing traffic to slow through the area. The CHP reported traffic is slowing to about 10 mph just north of Oak Hill. UPDATE: The CHP is reporting that traffic is backed up about two miles on the southbound side to Joshua Street.

Heavy traffic is still being reported on the eastbound 91 Freeway starting at Green River Road and continuing onto the southbound I-215 where the highways connect in Corona.
A collision between a child on a bike and a vehicle has blocked lanes in Riverside County, on Indiana Ave. at Lincoln St. in an unicorporated area of Riverside County.
An overturned vehicle blocked lanes in both directions on Highway 38 at Onyx Summit, south of Lake Williams, according to the CHP. Officers received reports of people trapped inside the vehicle. At 1:44 p.m., the CHP opened one lane. The road was completely reopened at 2:28 p.m.
The CHP reported a man in a truck crashed into a brick wall and overturned, throwing out an occupant of the car onto the road. The motorist suffered major injuries.
A tractor trailer on the westbound 60 at the northbound Highway 57 jackknifed and is leaking fuel, the CHP reported.
Traffic on the southbound 71 at Euclid Avenue is moving slowly and the westbound Highway 91 at McKinley Street in Chino Hills is congested with commuter traffic. All other area highways are clear.
A Toyota slammed into the back of a tractor trailer and overturned on the eastbound 10 east of Vineyard Avenue, blocking the middle lanes. The crash slowed traffic and the CHP issued a Sig Alert, which lasted until 6:25 a.m.
The CHP received a report of a fire in the center divider of the eastbound 210 at Waterman Avenue.
The CHP received a report of a camper shell in pieces on the westbound 60 near the northbound 57. The shell was blocking the carpool lane and two left lanes.
Major highways through the Inland Empire are flowing smoothly, except for the westbound Highway 91 at Main Street, which is heavy with commuter traffic.
A Toyota Scion flipped and landed on the right shoulder of the eastbound 10 Freeway at Pepper Avenue. The California Highway Patrol received reports that the driver lost control while swerving to avoid a chair in a lane.
A tractor trailer stopped on the right shoulder of the eastbound 210 Freeway near the northbound Highway 57 at Lone Hill Avenue and leaked about 50 gallons of diesel fuel, which spilled into a storm drain. The Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to the scene.
The California Highway Patrol issued a Sig Alert after a Toyota truck crashed on the westbound 10 Freeway, blocking the two right lanes at Mountain View Avenue. Officers issued a Sig Alert at 12:10 p.m., saying the lanes would be blocked about 30 minutes.
A driver spun out on the westbound Highway 60 this morning, prompting a Sig Alert. The vehicle stopped facing the wrong way on the 60 just east of Etiwanda Avenue around 7:30 a.m., the California Highway Patrol said. Two lanes were blocked. The CHP issued a Sig Alert at 7:55 a.m. A tow truck dragged the vehicle to the right shoulder about 8 a.m. and the Sig Alert was canceled at 8:14 a.m., the CHP said.
Pallets full of onions fell off a truck onto a transition road from the 210 to the 10 Freeway this morning, prompting a road closure. The onions spread across the transition from the eastbound 210 to the eastbound 10. The California Highway Patrol issued a traffic advisory at 5:19 a.m. The road was reopened at 6:09 a.m.
Heavy traffic is on the westbound 10 Freeway at San Antonio Avenue and the eastbound 10 at Benson, according to Caltrans. There's also some congestion on the southbound 15 Freeway at Limonite in Mira Loma, the northbound 15 at Fourth Street in Norco and the westbound Highway 91 at Main Street in Riverside.
A motorist overturned a vehicle on the westbound 10 at Indian Hill Boulevard, blocking several lanes. The California Highway Patrol issued a Sig Alert in the 12:20 p.m. crash. Witnesses reported the driver was bleeding and had crawled out of the car. The freeway was reopened at 1:19 p.m.
A U.S. Forest Service truck containing eight firefighters plunged about 400 feet down the side of Highway 18, injuring all occupants of the vehicle. The highway - between Snow Valley Ski Resort and the Big Bear Dam - is expected to be closed until about 2 or 3 p.m. None of the injuries were expected to be life threatening.
A car became engulfed in flames on the northbound 15 Freeway near Halloran Springs Road, forcing the closure of all lanes. The road was completely reopened at 11:59 a.m.

Several lanes are blocked on the westbound 60 east of Diamond Bar Boulevard after a crash. The CHP reported a pickup truck was involved in the crash and that it possibly rear-ended another car.
